Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood actor and writer who has received critical recognition for her skills. Sagittarius Born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the eldest child of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne who is a psychology student. Her heritage is English-Scottish. Moore's dad moved around often due to his job.
